This charming family owned hotel and farm is located in the region of Predela at the site of the main road, just 10 minutes by car before the town of Bansko and Razlog. The main benefit of the location is that you will be far from the city noise and at the same time at 10 minutes by drive to the nearest city. Transfers are available on request anytime.

In the northern Pirin mountain, right upon the complex, there are lots of blueberries, strawberries, blackberries. The region is rich of wild-growing herbs - St. John's wort, thyme,spearmint, milfoil, goose-grass, etc.
There are plenty of mushrooms during the spring and in the autumn.

At guests disposal there are 3 two-storey houses with their own yards. Each floor of a house offers a double room and apartment. The total number of rooms is 6 double rooms and 6 apartments.
All well heated with local heating the facilities have WC/ bathroom and TV set in each room. There are 2 separated rooms, a bedroom and a living room in each apartment. The apartments can be shared with friends(2+2 beds in different rooms).
Apartments: Each apartment offers two separate rooms, a bedroom and a living room furnished as follows: a wardrobe, bedroom suite, upholstered furniture, dining room suite, separate bathroom, TV and central heating. From your windows there is a magnificent view to the Pirin mountain.

Double room: - A wardrobe, bedroom suite, separate bathroom, TV and central heating. Each room has cozy athmosphere, as you would feel at your home.
The Tavern: At your availability there is a tavern, where you can feel the spirit of the Bulgarian traditions accompanied by the national folklore music (on request). The wine cellar has over 80 seats, located on two floors. It is decorated entirely in Bulgarian folk-style with a fireplace. You can enjoy meals of the Bulgarian national food, as well as international cuisine.
Together with the local grown bio food you can enjoy the taste of many different kinds of Bulgarian bio wines.

Fully complete the form bellow. Include all your details in all the lines. We can not accept forms without full name, the actual arriving and departing dates, correct e-mail address and correct phone number.
After receiving your full inquiry we will proceed with checking the availability and will contact you by phone to confirm your booking. We will inform you about the availability no later then 3 days after receiving your inquiry.
After you receive your booking confirmation you have to pay deposit 50% of the total accommodation costs by bank. If you want to change your booking date after your payment, we will make the changes or will return the full amount of your deposit with out the bank taxes. No reimbursement is possible 2 days before the beginning of your reservation.
We can not guarantee your booking with out receiving your deposit.
